Call me a poser or whatever but the reason I 'downgraded' to a ZX6R was mainly because I thought it was one of the most beautiful bikes ever (that's coming from a 996 owner too).

It's so beautiful that I can't stop looking at it in the garage for huge periods of time.

It's the first bike i've seen that I've been able to look at from any angle and think ''fuck me''.

Gets an insane amoun of head turning too. Quite astonishing.

To be honest I really don't think there are many good looking bikes from kwaka but the 04 ZX10R and 06 ZX6R were obvious standout beauties. In my opinion Honda have consistently put out the best looking bikes.

Built as a styling exercise by Craig Vetter they were noted for their very high seat, lack of comfort and limited cornering clearance on the right side. Good looking but not practical.

Hard to fault the OP's list, really. Of course I'd add my bike to it...

Lets be honest. It was a rebadged BSA.

Yeah, he used the BSA version of the triple as it was canted forward 15 degrees and suited Craig's styling better.

I may be completely wrong, but from memory they planned an initial run of 10 or 15, but only managed 2 or so. All in silver if memory serves, i'll do a little research.

as always, i'm happy to be proved wrong.

I'd be even happier if you were proved right. A road going Britten....

Top of my Suzuki list......I remember riding the prototype Katana (and being told that it would be years before we got them as production bikes) then only about six months later my current Suzuki had to give its life so that I could afford to climb onto this futuristic weapon!
All Brittens have gotta be right up there
Then after that every Kwaka Ive ridden except the KZ1000P but thats another story
RIDE THE ROAD....RACE THE TRACK.....DRAG THE STRIP......NODMAN....retired(now whose happy?)
