... and doesn't leave a note. Damn motherfuckers. At least it was only the SV650. Took it into town as it hadn't been run for a week. Parked on Willis St outside work. Hadn't noticed it until I was checking the bikes over tonight.

Mine definitely looks like a handlebar too. About the right height. I personally blame scooter riders. They quite often park like lunatics - just ram it in the gap. Pity I wasn't present, I would have rammed my fucking glove into the side of his marshmallow!

I remember when the car door got caught in the wind - swung into a volvo next door and left a dent. I was pissed off I didn't hold the door - but showed the kids what to do. You man up and leave a note. Got a call from the guy who really appreciated the note and insisted not to worry about it. It was his wife's run-a-bout!

Oh yeah,it could have been handle bars, where it happened there are lots of scooters, and they park really badly. I don't park there anymore..

I returned one day to find I was blocked in by two scooters,I ended up having to push the fuckin things out of the way.

Might ask crazefox to have a look if he's still repairing and repainting. Would be worth fixing as there are very few marks on the bike.

I worry everyday about someone scratching the Guzzi...plastic tank but still will scratch and those scooter riders are pricks. I try to park between 2 big bikes if I can.

Agreed. I've been thinking about the best way to park - if not inbetween 2 other bikes, try and park to the left (as the right side got dented). I think the right is more exposed as the left has the extra lean and wing mirror to catch / ward off a scroter from parking too close.

Next time I see one jammed next to my bike, I'm going to silently put my disk lock on their front brake!

That's why I don't leave my bike out of my sight unless it's parked in a locked garage. Too many people these days "accidentally" damage them.
