Well, Ive spent more than 15 mins on google and still aint got a clue
theres so much info in the pic, I dontknow where to start looking.

As like many of the Kapiti Tags you will need local knowledge to get this one. It is on a main route into welly and this location would be seen by motorists and cyclists easily.

Admittedly google streetview is not your friend with this one its a bit out of date.

daughter has advised that these cabinets have been painted like this recently...i been busy with the maps just finished tag map 10 tags 1000 to 1099 which only took 2 march to 28 march 2010!.Going for a cruise soon no idea where to look i am gonna watch out for white brickk walls and stainless steel bollards....I wonder how far out one should start

Hutt road outside Placemakers,the cycle thing was the clue,but although i drive past it daily(twice) it was not familiar to me.It does show in sat view but does not appear at all in SV
