Drop gear off at the accommodation and head up toward Lake Tennyson and those tracks we've heard about on here.
    Cruise back on the Sunday.

Perfect for the DR but I'd like to take the TT just for the hell of it.
So any interesting side roads would probably get explored...
    Sounds like a plan
But I'm doin the work thing 5 and a bit days a week now, damn fruit season, I'd forgot how much it screws with your play time

So do we get to hang out with the morris dancers ? If so, I'll have to get some more bells. I seem to have misplaced mine

Get the morris dancers to do a hail dance?

Would be quite good to catch Steve & Jan doing their thing. Might even have a go myself. What could possibly go wrong? I'll start making plans now.

No wait I'll only plan to do it on the day so the weather doesn't do it's usual thing

ooooo thats given me a great idea. We could have advbike olympics. Does not necessarily have to involve riding, but full gear must be worn at all times. Imagine the high jump. No crash pads needed cos we will have protective gear on.

The 110m hurdles, we could jump over motorcycles

    FANTASTIC

Funny that cos just quietly I've always wondered about gettting a synchronised chicken tossing team together wearing full MX gear.

Been busy making a toolkit for the bikes.

Went up to Mitre10 for some 1/4" drive thingies...

Going to jam a bit more in there but it's a good start.

Still need: Torch, cable ties, puncture repair kit, ????

I want a ring spanner with 10 and 12mm ends. Will I have to make one?

    What essentials am I missing?

The tyre levers inc 19 and 24mm crescents are in a separate tool roll.

Not if you ask nicely. Got one here in my draw of 'tools I don't use', it is even a genuine Honda part.

    10-12mm ring spanner
    duct tape
    metal putty
toothbrush (great for cleaning mud/dirt off fasteners)
    syphon hose
    tow strap (6m x 25mm tube webbing)
small spray bottle of lens cleaner (for visors, goggles & bead lube)
    Cheers,
    Colin
