Well that's 6 Dolmino/Patak's Jars of Joas & 1 jar of Joa Jelly Jam done today Bloody Aussie Guava Moth (Coscinoptycha improbana Meyrick) has got in to 50% of the fruit though. If ya don't have this pest in ya area, don't take Northland Feijoas down there.Guava moth are a major problem because they infest fruit all year round. Its hosts include yellow guava and feijoa in autumn, citrus (lemon, mandarin, orange, grapefruit) throughout winter/spring, loquats in spring, plums and peaches, nashi pear in summer, and macadamia nuts from summer through early winter.

    Thumbs up

One thing about feijoas - one tree is enough for the whole neighbourhood. Got 2 buckets from my parents tree yesterday - about the typical daily take.
They have feral feijoas over the back of the farm as well which are falling off the tree.
Apple and feijoa crumble - yumm!
