Great fun this evening - and a good turnout - was it 30, 35, or 40 bikes?? Thanks cloggy and JH for the blat round the lake - excellent fun .

And good to see KatiePie making an appearance - heal quickly...

Twas a pleasure my friend. Great to see katie and her lovely sister at the duck pond. I'm not too keen on riding those rimutakas in the dark though!

Don't mind it, just not at pace! Leber left me for dust, maybe better blubs are in order.

36 bikes at my last count, but I think we had at least 10 comers after that too.

    was a good ride, mostly....

    Hamish got pulled over.
Friendly popo came to do a quick check on 4 bikes.
    Katiepie turned up
Alan managed a hill start without taking out anyone's mirror.
    good ride over and back.
    flat tire at PnJ
    Bryce coming to my rescue

Lastly, naughty Katie for putting on a tab at the Royal. Your friends have, and will continue to support you while you've taken a bit of a knock. The tab, while generous, was not needed. Just seeing you at the duck pond is enough acknowledgement that you appreciate it.

Don't make us tell your mum on you ;-)

Agreed. I would rather her shout me a beer while she is on the ride.

And I'll see those that are not to chicken to ride during winter out on the road.

    Peace!

Thank you for the beer KP, owe you one.

All those black label chasers on the tab was Sells, though.

    And Dennis.

Can't trust the bastards as far as you can throw 'em.

Yeah, haven't seen you around for ages. You missed a good one.

And Katie putting a bar tab on? Missed it as we didn't stop at the pub (went for a blat around the lake). But that just sums up the person Katie is, still giving, even when she is the one who needs it most.

Haha, I don't! I'd just got stuck behind a car a couple of corners earlier while the group I was with managed to sneak past.

I was going nicely though and would have been wide open through that sweeper except I saw a bike pulled over so buttoned off, sat her up and was going to check he was alright.

I did a similar thing. I was pretty much last as there was a small group of us which left the car park late and saw the 'broken down biker'. Good spot to film though.
