yeah I still cant get over how smooth it rolls on the gas, its like the throttle is lubed up with a tube of KY, the power delivery is awesome! I find the places I would hesitate to over take on the 250, are places I have already over taken on the 400.

And I have my NC30 on my R.. I am up-loading my 250 vids i took this morning to youtube so I will post when they finish

Heh yeah, next time btw we should go for a ride and join my 250 club!

DOnt get me wrong they are mint bikes but 400's are a lot of work to get ride of IF you decide to sell it. i would just wait till your ready for a 600 and go for that unless you want to keep the 400 for a track bike. just saying.

It doesnt look too bad, K's aren't bad really for that year either.

hes been trying to sell that for 2 months + I would offer him $2800. But Westy is right, but by the end of the year it wont matter because the VFR and RFV 400's will be learner legal bikes. So their value should theoretically increase, and they should sell far better.
As for myself, I have always wanted a vfr 400 since I started riding, to have one is amazing and unfortanitly im only 5'4 so a 600 is out of my reach.. literary

Also, how about the restricted license? any changes there or basically the same as a learners besides the L plates?

    To my understanding,
At the moment for a learner these are the rules,
    70km/h speed limit,
Only aloud on the road from 5am to 10pm,
    250 cc bike limit,
    L plate must be displayed.

    Restricted:
Only aloud on the road from 5am to 10pm,
    250 cc bike limit,

    New Rules:
    Learners:
    L plate must be displayed,
A bike that does not exceed the power to weight ratio (cant recall what it is)
    5am to 10pm riding times,

    Restricted:
A bike that does not exceed the power to weight ratio (cant recall what it is)
    5am to 10pm riding times.

Sorry to hear that, you could always get 6inch heels attached to your boots . I only just realised how amazing the vfr400 looks - it was love at first sight . I think im gonna have to get this one. I called up the guy and he said he'll take 3k. The K's have probably been wound back or something but as long as it holds its value i dont mind. That will be awesome when it becomes learner legal $$$$$$... Since theres no plate for me to carjam ($270ish for a plate and 6months rego apparently), is there any way to check if its been stolen?

Dont touch it man, it will cost you a heap to get it on the road, if its an import then it needs to be probably vinned, rego'd, Wof'd and maybe the breaks certified.
not worth the hassle and money.

And give me a few mins to find you a link.

    and

(Engine power in KW / Dry weight + 90Kg) x 1000 = Kw per tonne.
Motorcycles that meet this criteria must be under 660cc and have a ratio of 150Kw or less per tonne.

Ignore that, I didnt read the Auction, it states it has a Wof and just needs to be changed to new owner.
ask for 3 months rego as well before you pay for it.
