It's my 23rd this year. Planning to take the vintage side car again. Leaving from Christchurch on Friday. Thought I would get in first and ask who is going?

Do any vintage or slower bikes want to travel with us?

This is one rally I just don't prepay for anymore. I wonder why?
Beautiful Friday last year, not a cloud in the sky, but still had a moment when I lost it on black ice at Deep Stream. oooops!

Yep we are going again, time to dust off the C50 step throughs and find the least viable path and go for it.
Thinking mcKenzie Pass, Hakateramea Pass then the Danseys.
Would love to try Thompsons gorge on the way home but know little of its condition.

Trying to better last years ride over 2000KM and nine days riding.

was over there not long ago was in good nick, there was snow up there last week but I think that has gone as the weather has been warm & windy,

so I guess it would depend on when you were go'n over

edit:

just seen what thread I answered in, June, you would need to know a day or so before & it may be locked as well pm Jantar or coonyer they may know
