Maybe so but we are actually allowed to use the Albany car park. You'll find the security guards at other places have different ideas about 20 bikers spontaneously coning off their turf...

On that note, I am once again otherwise preoccupied this evening.

I suggest you take the opportunity of dry and relatively warm conditions to do a decent long ride.

usually meet at Shell Westgate at 6.30pm and talk shit till round 7pm, then ride off to Albany via a rout decided by consensus.

As mentioned a few posts back, the route from Shell to the pub will be decided by those who actually turn up. We may very well be running two different routes, a shorter route for new riders, and a longer route (usually an hour long ish) for the more experienced riders. I'm keen to go for a longer ride tonight, hopefully others are too
