Post up if interested and will set a time.
You're welcome to join up on the dirty rides too. Apiti Loop (at least as far as Apiti) is in pretty good nick. Rangi to Kimbolton is very FMS too - I would have had some video of this too if I had turned the camera on rather than off...

    Have a good one...

A nice wee pooddle Sonic and copilot. Two v-twins with around a 30 year age difference, awsome. Good to see you again Owl, even if it was on a borrowed bike . Lots of bikes out, mainly cruisers on the stretch we did.

Bah, all the talk about dual purpose bikes and dedicated tyres. All you need is a CX500 and Shinkos ffs.

Good to see you again too Bonez and the borrowed bike was great!

Interestingly, 5 minutes riding behind you and I discovered a new road. Well not so much a new road, but one I never discovered the end of.

I was curious now well the SEs centre stand was tucked under. It's now on my "Bones bikes to own when the ones I've got are all broken" list.

I could see possible issues with off-road or undulating ground, as the centre stand sits low. General riding is no problem though, as the foot pegs touch down fairly easily. A bit more ground clearance would be nice actually..............RT.

Thanks bones for an awesome poodle. Meet bones at ash servo filled and ready. So off we went to apiti for our first stop. Bike/rider/pillon love that road a few extra bits of grave in unsigned places just normal really. Bit of a chit chat then on the road to peddleton for next stop. This is a FMS of a road rating in my top 10 bits of tar mat. Just f awesome. Has some wicked views to boot too. Nice little read of historic little place peddleton, then off to v/hill look out. V /hill is in wicked form at the mo had a plast over this. Had to check pillon was still on board. Yep. Enjoying the peace and quiet then that all changed when a triple came up onto the look out only to be mad owl. Great to catch up and talk bikes. Weather started to close in at this point not that any rain clouds above us random! Anyway time for home with bones taking the lead to show us a new/different way home. In time for a espresso and a few sweets. Nice one. Just one awesome arvo out on my fav loops in Manawatu. Thanks all.
