    Iam in Australia
Was towing my caravan late at night, and the back axle come adrift.
Off it went in the darkness.
scratched my head, pulled over. got in the van, and had afew beers
went to bed, and knock on the door

    yip.. in here. not driving.
the copper says ok. come down the cop shop
well i dont think thats neccesary i say
i was drinking in the van
with that, he puts me to the ground, and gives me the bash.off we go to the cop shop
booked me for dic. and resisting arrest.
he has been back, constantly harrasing me.going to lock me up. for anything he can think of.

Bad buzz man. I'm no lawyer, but it would seem to me you've got a fairly good case against them.

    hehe.
if youd had an accident, wouldnt you call the popo first?
I dunno if the first thing I would do in this instance is just sit there and get wobbly-legged.

Sounds as though there is a tad more to the story, seldom are the 'poor little innocent me bullied by a big mean policeman' stories accurately regaled on KB...

    good luck either way.

P.S. Wouldnt have happened on the bike!

Could you elaborate on this part a bit? What exactly happened?

The way I read it, he didn't call the cops at all.
