Semen jelly is gonna win. Maverick for the 125s.

Ha, if Sick-n-smelly can't keep it up in the dry what chance has he got in the rain?

And if Doohan was so tough why did he stay in Honda's comforting embrace for so long? He was tough as fuck and driven like few people on earth for coming back from his horrendous injuries but he took the easy way out staying with Honda.

    Fucking holy shit!!

I knew one of those three was gonna bin it and I called Lorenzo (he has been looking more qnd more nervous and you could sed it in his riding) and was right but poor simoncelli too! I feel for him, in saying that dovi rode brilliantly outbraking him!!

Yay for Edwards I'm so stoked for him, only a week after breaking his collarbone in 5 places!! That could have been you pedrosa where are you??

What the hell happened to spies???? His back??

Was hoping Bautista would get Hayden but still glad Hayden did well

Can't believe stoner lapping barbera and de puniet! Especially passing de puniet!!
15 fucking seconds in front of dovi!!!
Oh rossi.... Not trying hard enough, bit shaken up from your warmup crash??

Say what? You're a fucking dreamer if you think Doohan's option was soft in any way. Doohans toe jam is ten times tougher than you.

Alright, I have to say, Stoner is awesome. Top riding again, but why aren't I cheering?

Plenty of far more qualified people than me have said the only (tiny) question mark over Doohan's incredible career was his choice to stay with Honda. Check out www.mcnews.com.au and even Aussie Journo Trevor Hedge questioned why he hadn't made the jump to a different manufacturer. Doohan is obviously one of the greats, no question, but if he'd made the jump like say Lawson did, we wouldn't be having this conversation.

He wasn't above having the odd bleat when he was beaten either. I can recall him spitting the dummy in the dirt when Creville used to shadow him all race and beat him to the line. It sure didn't sound tough at the time.

So, farkin' awesome rider? Yessir. But I'm long past setting up flesh and blood human beings as false gods.

We'll never find out if his toe jam is tougher than me 'cos it sounds like you lick it up long before there is enough for a meaningful comparison, haha. But I'll go toe to toe (pun intended) with him for miles spent flying in cattle class (a fate worse than herpes, and just as recurrent in my occupation) over the last 15 years and we'll see who's got balls of steel....his molly coddled business/first class arse won't last 5 minutes and he won't even see which way the drinks cart went, while I'll be:

    Hahaha...noice retort mate!

They all bitch and moan, that's why I laff at the Stoner knockers.

As far as the soft option though, I think staying with the same brand could also have it's pitfalls. Maybe, just maybe...Honda didn't bother to develop the NSR as much as they otherwise would've seeing as Doohan was winning everything in sight on it.

Bit like Ducati not listening to Stoner and doing fuck all with it seeing as he was winning races on it. When he was crashing it, it was all his fault. When in actual fact, he was a fucking genius being able to ride it like he did. Now they've paid Rossi god knows what to ride it, they're starting to listen and make the changes it obviously always needed.

Bet when Stoner comes off his current contract with Honda he can pretty much name his price.

Lol. I was never a Doohan fan until after his career ended and I started to find out about all the physical shit he'd been through for those five championships. I reckon he's earned his first class ticket Spud.

But the Aussies have always been the most mongrel racers, never backing out of a race if there was even a way to get on the bike.

How about Troy Baylis telling medical staff to amputate his finger between races so he could compete in Race II of the weekend? "Naaah mate, just chop the blardy thing off...." That's fucken tough.

That's why Pedrosa will NEVER be world Moto GP champ. He simply doesn't want it bad enough. He's had what...three weeks off and still didn't race at Silverstone. Edwards races just 9 days after smashing his in three places and gets on the podium.

It's OK - I'm making up for you.

    'Straylians all let us rejoice,
    For Casey's won another GP.

Slowpoke would need 10 toes on each foot to approach Saint Mick of Rothmans.
