    The rider's ability to make a good decision (to pack it or leave it, fast/slow, try it or leave it for another day, get gas or keep going, etc etc) against considered consequences.

    good fuel milage....if ya run out half way back its not good it's always further to get "there" than ya thort!!

    Not just 'a' woman, as per the list, ideally it takes 6 to get it up easily
