Well now Im looking at a 1992 GSXR400, its done 38000kms and is in good condition, TS tells me Mitch races one and it goes okay, ie she keeps up well.

I love the aggressive racing sound of the 360 crank 360 all the way

    Thumbs up

I have a nc24.Installed race tech gold valves and springs, which made a huge difference to the handling. Also fitted braided brake lines to the front which made a big improvment. It is so sweet to ride fast now. I think a well set up nc24 is a very capable bike. Good luck with your decision.

Ah bro, this question was asked 6yrs ago, if Bret hasn't made his decision yet I don't think any amount of luck will help him.

I have another thread relating to this but I have a new bike in the fold so Ive started another

The CBR has done 53000kms trhe VFR has done 26000kms

    Both in fairly good condition.

The intention is to do track days and I will enter in F3 Class

    And for the masses ,
VFR is good if you have lots of $$$$$ and mechanical know how ,
CBR is good if you have a smaller budget and just by 450ing it its better and cheaper than a VFR.

I have built both and i prefer the CBR to ride as well .

    Paul.
