    Wire jumper anyone?

Hi Guys, Doesnt anyone have an idea where i could source a Wire Jumper or Possibly a spade connector?

ive already looked at dicksmiths and Jaycar, neither which have any. The Wire jumper is for a jumper mod for my zx6r, ive attached a couple of photos for reference, the first showing a picture of a wire jumper and the second the 4 pin connector in which it will go in.

    thanks in advance!

Paper clip will be fine, assuming there is not be anything else plugged into the socket after you have jumpered it.

    fuckwit of the week here.
paper clips are round socket accepts flat pin they are carefully designed to ensure correct current can flow etc also does this clown know the consequences if said paperclip falls out at pace? like engine dies etc and spits ya on the road....

    .
try and get a male plug of the same style and blank it off that way or pirate the same type of terminals out of an old wiring loom.
if you pm me a photo i have a few wiring looms here to butcher for that very reason

Before you start calling people names, jump on Kawiforums etc and check out how many people have square sections of metal paper clips for their jumpers and have no problems at all.

Dumb question. What does this jump do? I've heard of it but never bothered to look. I can only assume it's an ignition advancer that gets rid of the drive by and emissions restrictions.

So it's probly a few mA signal wire? with little change even if it falls out? Jammy a bit of wire/paperclip in there and tape it up I reckon.

Yeah, that's what a number of people have done. Paper clip, then some electrical tape over top, then the plastic connector cover back over the top to prevent water ingress
