I'm contemplating getting my driver licence

I have always been on 2 wheels. Never had a car..... never even had a drivers licence. I'm not anti car, I have just never needed it.
Recently I have decided, at the age of 36. Its about time aye......

I have heard alot of people say that riding a motorcycle has made them a much better driver. Will be interesting to find out if the reverse is true as well.

I'd like to know why someone so cool as to not actually want a car licence, rides a Gladius? That shit's fucked up.

No assumptions here. You don't have a car licence, that's cool. You ride a Gladius. That's fairly gay.

But yeah, to answer your question, I'd say someone who's only ever ridden bikes on the road for 15-20 years will make a far better car driver than a non biker. If only for their situational awareness skills.

Yeh it is, I mean it'd be a bit hard to stick a leg out a door and shuffle a car backwards. Even worse if you get a van!

And an intersting fact, some cars do bigger jumps going in reverse than forwards, due to a combination of suspension interaction, and incresed traction (for FWD).

I would like to know how someone manages to negotiate an online forum, when they clearly have trouble with comprehension. I said I have never NEEDED one. Not that I never wanted one.
Wondering if learning to drive a CAR would make me a better BIKE rider.

You'd hope so. Being 36 and accomplished the massive skills set required to master a Gladius, I certainly wouldn't want to see you decrease in ability through 4 wheeled experience.

As for negotiating an online forum, it's fairly simple. I click the little mousey thing around until a thread opens, then I try and offend people until they cry and the thread goes to PD where I can no longer find it, then my clicky search begins all over again.

Not likely as the main defects in non biking car drivers is lack of awareness of environment/bikes. So the only gain is likely to be in warmth and dryness.

yep. Lived next door to my high school and work place. Then lived in the Central city while at University, student accomadation. Always bussed/walked where I needed to go because it was always nearby.

Shit dude, that's a more homosexual ride than a gladius If you are going to do some smart car foot-shuffling, it should be a small nudge at the top of a large hill!
