Hold up on Akl Harbour Bridge, Wed morning 3 Aug?

There was a bit of a holdup on the Akl Harbour Bridge this morning (seemed like lane 2). When I passed from the other side it looked like a biker having a chat to someone but it did not seem like an accident.

Any ideas on what went on?

My guess is it could be a lane splitting incident.

Dunno, But I saw a lady talking to another lady on the way to work today, Im not sure if anyone knows what that was about ?

hehe... boobs on bikes perhaps - many females on bikes in Queen Street today.

Bridge biker's ride was parked on the bridge - not something one sees too often.

Well as long as no bikes (or riders) were damaged (hurt).

I saw it too, so you weren't imagining things. It was a green Ninja. The exhaust looked a bit scratched up. Have you seen the guy on the red R6 that does thumbs up as he rides past ya and weaves through traffic like there's no tomorrow?

I was north-bound on the outside lane of the bridge, very briefly noticed a green Ninja parked up and a guy who I assumed was the rider talking to a someone else wearing a high-viz vest, maybe a cop, but I only caught a short glimpse of the situation through all the other traffic. There didn't appear to be any injuries as far as I could tell.
