Make sure you top up your headlight fluid, it'll probably get dark on the ride.

As long as Wanpo puts his wets on before the ride this time, we don't need to see his white butt glowing in the moonlight again

I didn't hear either of you complaining at the time, I seem to remember more comments about dismay in not getting your cameras out in time to record it for prosperity (posterity >.>)

    Riding through technical hitches!

Good ride last night, plenty of riding Wanpo and I chose to not don wet suits and were well rewarded. Just a small amount of liquid fun at the lookout (Baffa and I were in the front and just rode on ... apparently, Wanpo made a show of noise, but no one was there to appreciate it! )

Quite amusing with all the technical hitches, stopped in Kaukapakaka to adjust Sharry's headlight (too low), then me with the main bulb blowing and relying on my high beam to get to Wellsford. TOTO had a spare bulb, which didn't work either! Ended up purchasing a spare from the Caltex and that worked right as rain.

Whilst this occured, most had a quick munch on maccas - before TOTO took the lead back to Albany for a late feed and drink. Wanpo and I had swapped bikes, I took his CBR1000R (pirate arrs) as TEC and he jumped on my Predator. Compared notes and aches and pains at the end!

Good work boys and girls, lets hope for more riding like this!

    You left off an R

Was good fun riding around on Cammy's little brother (sister?) for something a little different. But I'd be lying if I didn't say I really enjoyed getting back on the 'blade at the end of the night.

Also a slight technical hitch for Toto at the start of the return journey where his left spotlight was hanging loose. Essential toolkit items (duct tape and pocket knife) sorted that out soon enough. Always a good idea to have duct tape, cable ties, and a pocket knife handy.

You do realise pirates arr's do cover all the Rs right? Be redundant! And as for me, I really enjoyed getting back on mine - that's why we ride the bikes we do, 'cause its what we want!

So guys I have a friend who would love a ride, but I don't have pillion pegs or seat, so was just wondering who would be willing to give her a ride at some stage? it won't be this week, but in a couple of weeks would be good

Also, for this to happen, going to need a some spare gear, helmet and jacket at minimum, so does anyone have any spares? I only have spare gloves for her

I don't mind taking a pillion, let me know ahead of time, as I'll have to chuck the rear seat on.
I've got a spare ladies helmet, jacket and gloves, but whether they're the right size or not I'm not sure (I think they're all S).

yea, I can probably help. Got spare pillion seat, spare helmet, gloves and I can probably find her a jacket depending on her jacket size.

Ah true, Toto's rear seat would probably be a lot more comfortable than mine.
