    ZZR250 rebuild

so i have finally taken apart my ZZR and have the engine sitting happily in my room awaiting me to take it apart. the chassis is sitting out back awaiting modifications and cleaning.

This will be an interesting experience as i have never worked on anything mechanical before, all i have is a manual and an extensive tool kit. I will post pictures up as i go, unless i have done something stupid...then you will never hear about it...

    Where to start...hmm

I remember doing something similar as a teen..once everything was back in place (well so I thought, I had a coffee jar full of nuts and bolts left over)..I turned the key and it started..good to go.

Haha she'll be right mate, my next door neighbor used to be a mechanic and a biker so he'll give me a hand when i get stuck and gave me some good advice.
going to modify the body and make into a streetfighter, anyone hear of another 250 streetfighter in NZ?
