No more pics of my crack yet, just these. You can't see the bikes crack in the pics, but, it's on the lower weld you can see. I found another crack in the frame too, I'm a fuckin' crack whore

Just got to pull the headers, oil cooler and water pipes and the engine is ready to drop out. Loom is out now.

Spare frame pic too. Click image for larger version.

Should I go silver or black frame? Bike's going to be satin white at this stage.

Story of the bike: Purchased for fuck all as a ZZR400K, motor was crap as one would expect having a massively ghey 58hp...picked up a complete (minus fairings and straight forks) ZZR600D/ZX6D and did an engine swap. Simple, went pretty well to say the least and had some sexual stainless twin cans on it. Was pretty darn near mint as I threw countless hours at a bike I always wanted.....as ya do.

So I was practicing wheelies, did a wheelie big one and fucked the bike and hurt myself a wee bit ('tis only a flesh wound)

And here we are, the bike looks like Hiroshima.... forks = munted. Triple clamps = munted. fairings? Fuck, they're dumb anyway. Rear rim is cracked (Shh don't laugh)

Plans: Simple front end for now, single headlight and maybe a belly pan.
Fix the mufflers, may go shorty on their arses.
Swap my spare rims onto it.
Have found an RS250 esque single seat unit. Might be good for a laugh. Don't want to throw my spare rear fairings on, they're bigger than Russia and about as sexy as finding crabs in a hamburger.

This is nothing to do with Chaos Rider's thread I hope, that guy was a twat!

I'm going to tune it by sniffing the exhaust, it has no flywheel....

He was on poorly tuned exhaust fumes by the sound of it!

Sounds like we got to hunt down some 2 or 3mm polycarb for the Speedo, get some engraving done and see how it looks...

I think I might give up on the wheelie idea now. I've done enough damage to myself.

I'll probably do one as soon as I get it on the road again

I could put the 400 sprockets on it....

My thumb is fractured Got a letter from Mid Central Health explaining they are sorry but, reviewing my Xrays shows a fracture. Much happier with it broken, it's cooler.

Anyway, I started cleaning the spare frame up today and got a bit carried away. Click image for larger version.

Sanded the paint back with 180 grit on an orbital, hit it with 220 grit, 600 grit, 1200 grit, 2000 grit then autosol with a soft cloth. Took me fucking hours!!!! Stupid broken hand, I can't even wank.

I do stainless with 2000 paper and then autosol it.
