15ft/lb of torque. I'll hang myself if my RGV can't make nearly triple the hp of this thing.

Wait, DL Where the fuck is the Dyno print out, I wanna see..

I just watched the news, some guy in Auckland just broke the land speed record for a 250, on a Ninja 250R..

He installed a Red and Green Power band,
and a New American made Flux capacitor,
    Wasnt this bike was it?

And in the process he went all the way back to 1955.
Wasn't his name Marty McFly by any chance?

Probably could, even with one plug disconnected

To be fair, getting over 75hp out of one is no mean feat.

It is a well known fact that RGV 250's had and (afaik) still have the most ammount of hp/litre of any road legal bike ever to be produced.

Easily. My L had 52hp at the rear tread. That's 208 per litre, much more than a new R1 for example.

    However, it's only 385hp per 1000kg where as a new R1 (conservatively) has 857hp per 1000kg.

I think in a real world you could have more fun with a RGV then with an R1.

They had Wizzbang motors. Wizzzzzzz followed by a loud BANG!!!! followed by an expansive rebuild.

My first racebike was 92 RGV250M. Blew it up many of times before I perfected the art of tuning a 2poke motor. They were great little bikes. Went like a cut cat, handled well and stopped reasonably quick too. I felt like a mini Schwantz racing it

I put it in my Photofuckit album because I was so impressed. 15Lb/ft = 20nm. That's very low even for a 250, quite a worry. Would have been expecting 23-24.

I think the rim stripes are antigravity and the stator is made from unobtanium. But, we will never know as there are too many mods to list. Fuck it, if I went to buy it, would he say "Nah bro, too many mods to tell you, not faster than a track ready EX250/250R, but way faster on the street, straight up ow."

How the fuck is it faster on the street?

Yeah, but 67rwhp is about it. Nothing a big bore with a stroker crank and longer rods can't fix though

67hp thats modified though, no RGV's came out with that much from the factory?
The Aprilia RS250 supposedly had 70hp from memory but I think that was a little white lie!
My NSR was great fun, and easily a match for any 600+ bike on a twisty road
But it cost me a bit, plenty of rebuilds till I got it built correctly then it was reliable as.
