Great idea if they use the money from the taxes to subsidise healthier more expensive foods.
I love the smell of twin V16's in the morning..
not likely since the prices now are artificial. The prices are high becuase we've made them "the thing to have"
What we will probably find is an increase of potentially toxic, shit tasting food on the market as they replace the good stuff they claim to be "fatty" with artificial shit which is worse for you.

As a fat bastard I find this thread amusing. You skinny fucks don't realise its you that will be paying the tax not me. I have changed my diet to try and address my weight (not working too well) and waste money on the gym. Whereas you skinny fuckers still get to eat all the fat foods and therefore pay the taxes
All I want is some truth and honesty in the food markets/advice. Like has already been said, the body don't process fat eaten into fat stored. It's the refined sugars and carbohydrates etc and this is why they got so upset with Atkin and his diet. The Atkins diet showed serious floors in their thinking and that was very recently which shows they know fuck all of nothing as to how the body works.
Stress has a lot to do with fat retention as does lack of sleep so i think I'll go have a siesta now.![]()
mmmmm chocolate danish......
Unless they introduce a sugar tax many Danish food companies will lower their saturated fat level and to compensate raise sugar. Ergo avoiding fat tax without adding anything to their populations health...
