Can you get the top off without taking the head off? Then you can make a base gasket for it. What you need to do is send an email around to all the shops to see if they have spares in their obsolete spares. We used to have all sorts of shit in our shop, dating back many, many years. Best of luck with it Rob, hope you can get it sorted out.

Cool, found a place in Te awamutu that has rings etc in stock. So wont be eating for a couple of weeks to buy parts.
