    Mclaren

It is not until you stop and count up McLaren’s victories since it’s inception in 1964, that you truly appreciate the breadth, depth and footprint of this amazing marque in motorsport.

No other racing team can lay claim to successes across such a vast spectrum: McLaren has been victorious in Formula 1, Formula 2, Formula 3, Formula A/5000, Indycars, Can-Am and Interserie sportscars as well as the Le Mans 24-hour race.

    Not even Ferrari.....

It may be a British Company these days, but it grew out of the skill, vision and drive of New Zealanders!

See - we aren't all fucking useless............

Didn't he run it for less than 10 years back in the sixties? Wasn't Mayer (a yank) the guy that led them to their first F1 championship victory years after Bruce died?

I've sat in one of the only two McLaren F1's in NZ. Fecking pain in the arse to get in & out of with the central drivers position - utter shite for a quick trip down to the dairy for milk I'd imagine and the owner is forever getting pulled over by the Popo simply 'coz they want to have a squiz...

Apparently the NSX is one of the most practical super cars out there. Well, it would be if it had a bit more power.

270HP stock isn't too bad. I would much rather an NSX for $50,000 than some 500hp boy racer car for $20,000.

There have been quite a few NSX on trademe over the years (well 3 i have seen). This one has been up awhile http://www.trademe.co.nz/motors/used...-426553071.htm

Needs to be a manual though....

Very drivable car and in the real world, very fast.
911 Turbo, 996 onwards. That is all.
