    Clocks 'n such

My bike doesn't have a timepiece on it, and of course looking at your wrist watch gets a little tricky on the move Does anyone have a recommendation for purveyors of 3rd party bike clocks in the Wellington area (or I guess mailorder nx wide)?

$2 Shop jobby. Remove strap. Affix to dash with velcro dots.
    Done.
Do you realise how many holes there could be if people would just take the time to take the dirt out of them?

I bought a watch from the $2 shop, cut the straps off, and stuck it to the steering head with a velcro dot. Works perfectly.

I look to see where the sun is in the sky.

For some reason I am always late when I ride at night.

When I had an SV, the clock was always visible. Then I got the gixxer and you have to select the clock on the dashboard - which means your odometers disappear. I wanted to have both visible but couldn't manage that.

HOWEVER! Problem solved when I bought a GPS - which has the time always visible.

Have to say I didn't think of an el cheapo watch stuck to the bike though... dumbarse.

I bought a cheap lcd digital clock from the auto shop for about $10, and as above attached with sticky velcro dots.
