I learned the magic CRC trick many many years ago when I had a car wouldn't start and the AA man used it. Never been without it since.

    Prevention is the cure!

When I rebuilt all the electrics on PhatGirl, I used "electrical grease"...??...I know!...I had never heard of it either!....but found a shop that sold it and put it in all the wiring connections and blocks (and ran extra earths off every major component...it is italian after all)

That was nearly three yrs ago....NEVER had a problem since!....and this is a GUZZI we are talking about! (Not really known for electrical reliability )

She starts easy and runs all year round as everyday transport....rain hail or shine!

Electrical grease!!...CRC product, keeps all the water out!....get some for your next pre winter sevice, you won't regret it.
