    Support Lower bars?

    hi
    want to lowerbars on 1250s bandit, clipons may not work? ( fairing)
    dragbars with pullback maybe a go?
    any ideas, photos appreciated.

    Why? Without resetting the seat and pegs as well, you're only going to make yourself uncomfortable, rather than making any improvement in ergonomics or aerodynamics. Lower bars aren't going to improve the bike's cosmetics. The standard bars are pretty snug behind the fairing at full lock, so you may have to cut some slots, either to stop the bars or your knuckles banging on the plastic.

    The stock 1250 Bandit doesn't steer that well, so lowering bars isn't going to help that deficiency. If it's a performance enhancement you're seeking, my preference would be to go for wider bars at about the same height as the stock bars.
