    Cbr600f (f2/f3) Engine, headlight, gauges

    Hi,

Just wondering if there is anyone out there with cbr600f2/f3 bits lying around, maybe an engine, gauges, headlight from an f2, or if it's a f3 engine will need the f3 gauges, maybe headlight and headlight stay... or really if you have any bits as I could maybe do with some indicators.

There are two options on trademe I'm currently looking at, but seeing if there are any more.
Looking at doing up a parts bike to get on the road.

Also if you have any knowledge about installing an engine and or tools required (more worried about the jack etc, I have a torque wrench, sockets etc) and could maybe help, that'd be awesome!!

I get the majority of the parts bike the second week of December, so looking at doing stuff up from then

Cheers :-) Done the wiring, engine carbs etc in, bike runs and idles, bit of white smoke out one of the exhaust headers but hopefully just from sitting with oil in it for ages, will see how it goes after a bit of a ride (eventually). Umm I believe I have a part of the pump from an f2 thats in my box of bits + whatever is on the broken f2 engine? that should do yeah?

Pretty sure that's the bit I've got in my box, besides though I have a complete engine that the cam chain went on so that would have the whole lot anyway. Umm...say 50$? Are you in Auckland? I'm just heading away today, not getting back till late on the 3rd, but your welcome to pick up any weekday evening or weeken after that :-)
