Well, my precious hornet is going into Botany Honda for its 90K service, next saturday is the Preddie's turn (on 30K) so, all good ... but with this thing with Trace, I am performing the sacrifice of things pleasing to the Biker gods!

Hate not having my baby in my possession and willing to ride at my own free will!

And can't come bug you lot after work monday!
You could take Cammy out for a short spin, now that she's got a WoF.

HOLY! who are you and what have you done with Robbie?!
Thanks for the offer, but I really can't since I'm such a youngster... you are lucky, if it had been in a few months time I would have taken you up on that offer without stopping to let you think twice!

Oh yes, and what are these sacrifices you talk of Justin?!

Guess I will have to hit the pavement by pedal power for the next couple of weeks!

I don't think my policy has the 25 year old rider clause. But since you've already declined.

Announce A treatise for Tracey, to tell her of truths of the Sacrifice to the Biking Gods ...

Sacrificing to the Biker Gods was usually with Ixion's refrain "virgin white mice", but I go for an older, more old school approach and use liberal amounts of Petrol, Oil and Lubricants (known as POL). Also the ritual of "suiting up" when special ritualistic clothing is donned, usually entailing, head wear, coverage of the hands and the wearing of bovine skin (though synthetic replacements are also optionally used).

The insertion of a totem icon into a mechanical representation of an equine steed, aka "iron horse" resulting in IC (internal combustion), which propels the supplicant with an alacrity of velocity forwards.

Much is more in this sacrifices dedicated to the Gods of the Ride ... but that my padawan, is a story for another age ...

Hey GIJoe, we were cleaning up some old stuff today and found a pic taken outside our old flat waaaay back in 1996.

You should recognise this guy, be sure to ask him why he wasn't wearing gloves 16 years ago! Though he is wearing more than just shorts and jandals like we used to

Whoa! Blast from the past - the photo even has that retro look to it! That'd bring up some ol'memories for my bro! Definitely looks like a dodgy arse biker!

I think I saw Hellzie's evil twin on my way to work this morning. I would have stopped to chat, but I was running late...

(Actually I wasn't, I just don't like her very much)

I'll pass, but again, let me know if you guys wind up at the North Shore Momotea at the end of the night.

I admit that I was bike-urious, and decided to experiment, but I have realised that while I do not have anything against people who like riding from behind, that lifestyle is not for me.
