No paranoia here. Just tying the alleged facts together here. Are you going to deny that he's an ex-member of the New Zealand Communist Part (A maoist organisation). Are you denying that he went to China on a "study" trip in the time of the Cultural Revolution?
That is very interesting. I didn't even give him that much credit. I thought he was just some morons saying "give me back my lands".

Ironically enough, his arguments, and that of Communist China are completely against each other. Communist China is about taking lands and resources (they had no right to), his I thought were about reclaiming them.

FYI when I saw the dead Mao I can't help that its a fake. Especially when the best wax museum in the world is down the road.

If he had money or other support coming in, I still wouldn't wager money on him even knowing where it came from. I bet the Chinese would see him as a "useful dumbfuck" a little bit like he saw his recruits (as per the text messages aired in court today.

But then, the man does keep some strange bedfellows...

Who knows what they may have promised him...even way back in the 70s. (When we run the place we will give Tuhoe autonomy, blah blah blah type stuff). He may have believed it then. The problem with such dealings is, that once you're caught, you can't just back out of cooperating. That is just not how it works.
