Very important indeedy. I can tell I was out and about yesterday, I have used a few muscles that have not been used in a while

Not sure of plans next weekend at this stage, we are off to Mangawhai soon, Sabine is coming with us and we are meeting Carmel up there if you feel like a ride today

Would have been great to come out. I was right to stay here though ... this time.
