Real men don't eat quiche ... unless it's made by their mum. Or a favourite aunty ... then it's ok ... if nobody see's ...

easiest thing in the world to do too. the secret is par boiling the potatoes for five minutes then throwing htem in the colander to drain first then shake them round so you rough up the surfaces. then toss them in the duck fat with pepper and salt and roast (roll them round so theyre evenly coated). best. potato. ever.

    Duck fat potatoes. OMG.

Then, second day, smash so they split in to a few pieces, fry in garlic butter with bacon and add some crumbled feta and chopped red onion. Why am I not still nearly 70kg? Cos I got off my lumpy arse and went back to the gym.

You'll end up with KB stalkers if you keep that up.

It's no coincidence that the rise in obesity tracks the increase in the use of refined sugars (in everything - why do you need sugar in chilli beans FFS!)

That reminds me of that Marlon Brando movie, last tango in paris or lolita or some such. Any hoo, an inventive use of a block of butter.
