I wish I could make it guys, but I'd run out of gas in Auckland...

I'm coming up for the Westpac Helicopter charity ride on Sunday, a good friend has kindly offered to pay for a tank of gas for me so I can make it to that at least...

Still, plenty more rides to go on in the future! Hope Maha (or someone) decides to plan another ride south of the Bombay's, makes it a lot easier for me. And there's so much more country to explore down these ways!!!

we had been discussing that Mr. Swbarnett make little tart shells out of his most delicious shortbread.

we could then fill it with something like , peaches top with chocolate cream topped with cocolate icing......

alas I have yet to receive the little shortbread tart shells.

They want to come on our next ride so maybe there should be a concerted effort to make the combination happen?..

Lol yeah, this thread has kinda turned into an 'all out' thread, was started for our ride to Taupo (which was a mean ride!) and has transgressed somewhat. A lot of the guys are up at a mates place in Whangarei right now, partying it up, but keep your eyes open for threads posted in the 'Meetings and Events' forum, with something in the title along the lines of "L's Angel's ride" or something like that.

A good guy to add as a friend is a man by the username of Maha, he's top quality and organises a lot of learner friendly rides.

As for changing your profile pic, click on 'Settings' at the top right of your page (any page, should always be there, beside 'Logout' and 'Help') then click 'Edit Profile Picture' in the menu down the left hand side of the page that opens (under 'My Settings').

Then you'll have the option to upload or link to a picture of your choice. Do so, then click 'Save Changes' and should be all sweet!
