    well...

I would say nice but some might get bent out of shape at that, would be interesting to see the charges but I am sure they will be minor.

NZ has love/hate affair with Greenpeace, ever since the Rainbow warrior, I must say back then I supported then being a naive youngster, now well they are nothing more than a corporation themselves, preying on young folks to do their dirty work, indoctrinating them with their holier than thou message, and sending them off into the world to convert everyone, just one step short of killing those who don't follow their beliefs.
Its not the destination that is important its the journey.

    Name suppresion?

I think not - that defeats the whole point of the exercise.

Mind you - seeing how everyone knows who she is, I wouldn't put it past the NZ judiciary.............

IMO Greenpeace has lost it's way.
How so? The point of this exercise IMO was to bring greater attention to the opposition of most environmental groups to drilling in extremely hostile, fragile environments, where there is a good chance of a total cock-up, with a mere slap on the wrist for the oil companies involved.

tongue in cheek, given the courts usual allowances for "famous" people. Not to be taken seriously

Not meaning specifically this incident, but in general. 1 example being the years they spent protesting to get mercury out of computer screens etc (expected to last 10yrs give or take), only to now be protesting to have mercury installed in every light fitting in every building (expected life 1yr give or take).

Wonder how she got suckered in to the greenpeace crap? Most arrogant bunch of righteous hypocrites anywhere.
    True!

She has the right to protest just like the ship has the right to set sail, why don't they give her a chance to leave and just go!

Greenpeace are a bunch of frigging hypocrites just like that twit Al Gore! (don't hear much about him these days do you!)

Greenpeace. Once a noble cause but because they achieved nothing, as every other protest does, so on that basis they become a laughing stock. For me that says more about people in general than it does about Greenpeace
    I didn't think!!! I experimented!!!

Greenpeace is a multinational organisation that relies on stunts like this to cadge "membership" funding off people. It is an organisation that cannot pass the "AGM test". The AGM test is an annual general meeting where a majority of members can roll the board of directors. "Members" have no say in the policies or direction of Greenpeace. They're cash cows.

Greenpeace's stunts are carefully chosen to be sensational. Don't expect the cause to stand close scrutiny. Their recent toilet paper "scandal" is testimony to that.

Ms Lawless is not putting herself at risk. At the very least she is having her ego pandered. At most Greenpeace is "sponsoring" her.
