Wrote a great big angry anti-authority whinging teenager "it's not fair" post here, and then went and read the rest of the pages after I gave up last night. Now amending my rant to a sarcastic "oh gosh, I wonder why.....". Bit of a shame since my original idea about chit-chat not directly related might attract new riders. I imagine I'll get in the shit if I start another one and ask everyone (myself inclded) to take it a bit easier with the porn and stuff. Anyone else keen to try?

Ha, "porn" hardly, and it wasn't so much what was in there that was the problem, it was the way it was in there, ie; me quoting peeps without deleting their images first. Again Sorry, Maybe I'll just stay away and leave you guys to it. Don't need me fucking it up again for ya's.

Don't stay away Jo - ya live and learn and now you know not to do that, so it's all good.

It would seem that (without telling me) the thread got moved from Rant and Rave where I started it into Meetings and Events. So I'm thinking it's a combination of location and quoting issues that got it binned. Would be nice to be told these things, but I guess the mods have a big job trying to keep track of everything and keep it tidy, so the path of least resistance makes some sense. Anyway, I'm toying with asking for it to be reinstated to R&R with the quote issue solved. I'll let yous fullas know what they say.

I'm tempted to resign my position as TEC, just because I want to be the ONLY person on this ride who isn't a leader or TEC!!

It would be better if you found a leaner rider to come along so we at least have one L plater on the ride.

    once upon a time.....

two strangers thought about gathering other strangers around them to ride the countryside on their steel horses.
the two strangers had big horses, and the other strangers came along on something more like ponies with weird yellow squares marked with an L attached the ponies backsides.

many rides together, much ale was consumed and the riders are no longer strangers, some even had shed the yellow squares marked with an L. they have passed or are in the process of passing the last epreuves to finally be allowed themselves the big horses.

so this might be the first ride for the L strangers as fully certified Riders on the F Plate.

it could be something of a celebratory ride?
