At 3 minutes you say high speed damping should be 3/4's out but wind it out by 1.25 turns.
Another good vid,  but I reckon you should've put more emphasis on how bad winding on lots of rebound damping can be though.  It's the single most dangerous thing you can do to a bikes suspension.
