I was going to say Salvation suits me fine, but looks like you might head straight to Avalon? Wonder if it will be open ANZAC morning anyway?

Oh pants. I forgot about the not being open thing. I'll check with them on the way to work tomorrow morning if I remember. Otherwise maccas is across the road from my place, and they will be open.

Maccas?... but... coffee!! (don't try and pass that stuff they sell as coffee, even they apologised for it!... http://recipefinder.msn.co.nz/articl...for-bad-coffee )
Get better coffee at the service station.

And also moto-caffeine for thirsty motorcycles! Sounding like a plan, if it suits other folks?

Suits me fine. Where is the BP of which you speak? Adelaide Road next to Firestone?

So... city dwellers, 9:15 at the BP on Adelaide for coffee, leaving at 9:45? Anyone aware of road closures for ANZAC day?

Works for me. I'll be there, snot bells and all. Some nasty gave me a head cold in the last day or so, so I'll self medicate with beer and pizza.

Physically where is the registration point (Table etc)? I've got a group of riders and it would be great to know where to physically go rather than opposite Mitre10..

    Cheers

No registration as such. Bikes just tend to accumulate along the Park frontage and there will be someone there wondering around (or being swamped) selling the badges. It's usually Buzz (who rides a trike and looks like Colonel Sanders).

The whole affair is pretty social and informal.
