Shit yeah. The difference with boxing vs martial arts Ive found is that you dont take the big hits and kicks and I havent hurt my hips and stuff from stretching. I buggered my hamstring up doing martial arts which affected my hip, which is why I stopped doing it. took aaaages to come right and when I did, I didnt go back to MA. Ive loved doing the boxing and its a fantastic workout and the people are great, plus it is completely unpretentious.
