Its the second one I have seen in last 2 weeks. At 15hp stock that engine worked could be fast. would need carb solution being a twin 2 smoke. One carb serving both or 2 17mm carbs to give same total as one larger carb.

Very much so. A good bike to start with and fantastic potential for something super fast with some work.
