But it doesn't grab me. And I am on a metal kick at present: my new favourite band is Mastodon.

She is fairly obviously a trained (opera?) singer. I think thats why it hasnt grabbed me: a bit much Glee, not enough grunt.

but I do like to check outnew stuff, so cheers for that.

I have always liked symphony rock. And even like some classical music. Remember when Electric Light Orchestra came out with their first album how I thought it was amazing. Then later they lost their way.

Anyhow, I realise that Nightwish is not for all. But with the lack of selection of concerts here in NZ you take what comes.
