Road racing sidecar, trailer and spares

    Ready to race sidecar.
    • Unsure of the engine type as it was changed since I last raced it, but I believe it has a fully reconditioned 1000cc engine with dyna2000 electrical system.
      ($4,000)

    • 2 x spare donor Kawasaki GPZ1000 engines with new and used parts
    • Spare fairing moulds
    • 2 spare slick tyres
      ($2,000)

    • Home made trailer to fit sidecar
      ($1,000)

Will look at selling items separately if someone is keen.

I have left the sidecar with mum in Christchurch and she now needs to clear the garage, so out it goes.

Please get in touch to discuss details further.

I've raced this outfit as both passenger and rider, even won some trophys on it with Chic 'n' Charge riding it nice neutral handling with some good componentry for it's day

It could do with a good going over and tidy up but it's a good deal at that price

Thumbs up Sidecar been in Family

The sidecar has been in the family for a while now. It was handed down from my parents who raced it before me when they upgraded. Lots of great memories had. Now it's someone else's turn.

This sidecar was discovered last week on a rural property in the Waikato, minus its engine & about to be scrapped.
It has been purchased & will go on to greater things in the near future.

Ask Nodrog off here, he's the proud new owner, but very great I should expect.
He really should start a progress thread to tell of his adventure.

I asked him to do that, he thought it unlikely it would happen

Oh awesome that you guys found it and stopped it being scrapped! I looked at this bike last year sometime in Christchurch and was close to buying it before the mo haley built one got offered at a low price. felt nice in the drivers seat, especially for a tall fella like me.

hehe, I'll start one on the mo haley bike once the trailer is finished.

we are confused with which agip scheme to go for, found 3 photos and 2 videos. some show it all yellow, some show it yellow and red...

    yea I guess...

its either or really, I think I like the one with red on it a bit more because it breaks up the yellow..
but could use some of the decals from the all yellow one, prefer the front decal from the solid yellow ones

My vote is the yellow and red, it looks way nicer
