I'll be in my last DD class tonight. After that it's the DD practical, and then sit for my Full!

Will be along to SASS next week...

Would've been coming tonight but I just got told by my optometrist that I have a dent in my cornea, so I'll be taking an involuntary break from riding until the weekend.

    How did you do that?

Weathers looking Ok, maybe a little drizzle but I doubt it.

No idea, started feeling it around Thursday and it got worse and worse over the weekend. Just felt like there was something in my eye.

Ended up riding home last night just to get my bike back home but it was one of the worst pains of my life, like someone constantly sticking a needle in your eye.

So it's the train for me for the rest of the week unfortunately.

Ouch - you had no eye-dea how that happened? Too much riding with your visor up? Eye hope you feel better really quickly!

Tigadee, did I just buy a large red helmet off Trade Me from you? If so, you should have advertised it on here so you didn't have to pay Trade Me fees.

    Ha! Wuz that you?

Yes, indeed. Didn't know what kind of response there'd be here, so didn't. But you're right, so next time...

It's a small world. We exchanged emails, but I had my father come around and pick the helmet up since he lives off your road. I still haven't grabbed it off him yet. I might head over and have dinner with them tonight and get it.

I looked here first for a helmet for sale, and while I would have hoped for a large red helmet like the one you had for sale to match my bike, I would have taken any at a good price from the forums so I could get my boyfriend riding on the back of my bike. Turns out I was supporting someone that uses the Kiwi Biker forums anyway, so I'm doubly happy.

    WELL! That's something refreshingly different!
