I fractured my spine and put 8 disks out of place crowd surfing at a Metallica concert. It screwed me up for years, and it was by chance that I tried a yoga class at my gym, and for the first time in a decade I found myself without back pain. I did it regularly for a year and it didn't come back. I wish I had been recommended it by a doctor.

Ah, I'd hate to think how much wasted time and frustration there is if you added all the first year biker's kill switch problems together. It'd be ridiculously high.

And if KB'd gotten a gold coin donation for every time that happened to a KBers, we'd be having KB sunday BBQs all through summer!

Are you feeling any better today?

I tried on the helmet last night when I picked it up from my parents - while enjoying one of their lamb roasts while I was there. It doesn't quite match the bike and doesn't feel as comfortable as my silver helmet (which matched my old silver Suzuki GSXR 600 that was stolen in London last year.) I bought some red gloves off TradeMe too. Since my boyfriend has a motorcycle jacket with a little bit of red on it he can use both of them.

Hmm, a regional KB fun sounds like an idea! It'd not only teach others to check their killswitch first, but Sunday BBQs would be great!
