Wow, based on the Google Street View of the place, it looks like they've spent some money tidying the place up.
Nice tag location btw: It's always nice to be pushed to new locations. Hopefully weather will be nice enough for me to go for a burn out that way tomorrow after work.

No Ford there when I put the Tag up. Your photo in my view is good enough. I see you have moved the tag only a few kms down the road to the east. I will be out of the Country from this Friday until 4 September therefore I will leave someone else to get your new tag.

There was a lot of surface flooding out there today - round the back of Taupiri was awash.

I probably could have gone through the water but I wasn't sure if the driveway was intact - might have been washed away. Didn't want to drop into a hole.

Yeah, new tag is close but I was short of time - and dodging showers as well. More time, I was tempted to head up the pass over to the Plains - if I could've remembered which road to take.

was it the library that gave it away but be warned that section is used as a car park during the day.. night time maybe only option to get similar shot. Shared Access is worse than gravel
