    Yamaha are the greatest trolls

So the speedo backlight stopped working a wee while back and I finally got around to taking the front unit apart.

    Headlight came off fine
    Light assembly came off fine
Speedo cable and rev cable...came off eventually

But the one thing holding it all together? This mighty piece of engineering.

(Yellow indicates how far the screwdriver had to reach in)

I could not for the life of me find a jewelers screwdriver long and thin enough to get the damn screw holding it together out!

Long story short, I need to find a replacement bulb for the dud one. I have tried Repco and Supercheap, although they did not have anything that would suit. Might give Uncle Dick a try tomorrow but based on their website it does not look like I will have any luck.

    Where else should I try?

    The bulb's product code is 15 4ST–H3517–10 .BULB (1.4V-3.4W T10)

I should have thought of that before taking it apart. With the bike apart it will be a bit of an adventure finding one!

Try the Yellow Pages? Not their website though as it's retarded. They used to have these big yellow books... made of paper...

Yeah, what is up with that? You'd think an outfit of that size would have the resources for proper web development.
