Non-bike: Resto Project Ute for someone??
There's a Ford XC ute currently taking up space that would better be used for motorbikes in the greater Wellington area.
The story is the owner is heavily into bikes but for a wee while he lost his way and ventured into cars. So he bought the XC and started restoring it. He didn't get far though cos cars aren't bikes (obviously) and he rapidly lost interest in it. Now he's fully immersed in bikes again and wants to get rid of the ute.
It's been stripped right down and any rust has been chopped out, most of it has had replacement bits welded in. Buts that's as far as he got before getting bored with cars (fair enough, they're pretty boring after all). Not road worthy so would need to be trailered. Currently deregistered (I think you'd have to ask).
Needless to say this isn't mine. He's a mechanic that works on my bikes when needed. I'm posting this for him because he turns the computer on once a week maybe.
