Where to buy a retractable pendant light

I'd like to buy a light to go over my workbench that is retractable (that I can mount on the roof). So when I aren't doing anything in particular I can retract it up, and when I am working on something I can pull it right down and put a lot of light over it.

I've had a look around a few lighting stores and on Trade Me, but can't seem to find what I want.


Does anyone know someone who might sell something like this in Auckland?
