I have a KDX200 (Same as the 220). Pretty easy to get parts for them as they are very common.

We have a fair few 150's here in new zealand. More RG150's than KR150's however thats kinda going the other way as the KR's are more robust and the RG150's are slowly dwiddling away.

I'm in Thailand we're the KDX isn't so common but there are plenty of KR150s. Although the clutch baskets are different, the plates are the same size. Would be good to know if any major parts are interchangeable, save me a lot of time and money buying stuff from overseas.

You may have some luck if you can get a parts manual for both bikes and work off the numbers.

The KDX microfiche is online, but no luck with the KR, can't find a parts manual.

Last week I saw anRG 150 and a KR 150 sitting side by side. Engines about $170.

150 here in NZ are being used for both. We have a class here called streetstock which is dominated by RG's and KR's.

As the class name suggests, very little modification from the road base model is allowed.

Yea theres alot of work that could be done to the engines but its primarily an entry level class for our young riders to start in with somewhat evenly matched bikes ie takes the checkbook out of the equation for the youngin's

what are they worth?

I'm not sure of the prices, but they aren't programmable or anything too fancy.
