    Fun starter bike or collectable

Great old bike that still has a lot left in her. I ride weekly, maintained her well during her life with me, had new tyres, new starter solanoid, new battery, and some other minor work on the engine. No leaks, no rust, just some expected wear and tear, fading etc on the tank and panels on a bike of this age. Will have new wof when sold, reg is on hold currently.

Feel free to view or enquire further on 021 766 779

    cheers
    Jen

I had one of these ... I'd recommend them .. I loved it and I'm a little sorry I sold it (it did have something like 170,000ks on it) I am a little tempted to buy this one (but I won't) ... It will sit on the road al day at 130klicks ...

I hope you're going to be buying a new bike Jen.
Or have you already gotten a new one?

Buy it ... you won't regret it ...

Just do two things to it ... if it has standard handle bars, put on a slightly lower and more forward bars .. handles a lot better ...

Go one tooth less on the back cog .. makes a big difference ...

Cheaper and better, than a GN250.

Would be "On the (LAM's) list" too ..

no bike as yet and will be a while, trialling off road but already missing on road way too much. now to decide ...cruiser or sport....geez decisions

Yea I agree, better than a gn250 and much hardier...and FT500 is on lams list so guessing this is so rare that they didn't think to put it on but i'm sure its covered by the other.

    Anyways onwards and upwards

thanks for the interest. amazed how fast it sold..must of been too cheap.
