Given my penchant for telling self depreciating stories, you definitely would have heard had I done something stupid. No she was long past due on some lovin. Just a general clean out/tidy up and maybe some extra paint on stuff too.

Yeah, they swapped the restriced and full tests around. I was lucky, I got the easy restricted and then the same test again this morning. Took all of 15mins

    Congrats. Very jealous!

About to go take my R for the second time now in about 20 minutes. (Clutch cable snapped 5 minutes from me passing last time. Apparently even if you do it perfectly, they can't pass you until you roll into the AA parkinglot )

Surely that means all you have to do this time is roll in to the AA parkinglot? You've done the rest...

I only wish! Passed it this time around thank goodness! In the pouring rain with an ear piece that wouldn't work. Figured they'd fail me for sure after about 8 wrong turns and 4 unnecessary u turns Came out alright though. Guy giving me the test was a right good ol bugger. Gives 18 months to rest for the next one now

Thumbs up A Spot Has Opened Up

As you can probably see on post 1, there is a vacant spot on the list, one has pulled out for personal reasons.

    So...first in gets the spot.

Congrats!!! Just think - no more L plate!

Not looking forward to mine now that they've gone and changed the rules but still got a few months to wait. Think I'll get myself on one of those skills courses to prepare.

    Mornin all.

Jas and I did the Matauri - Whangaroa loop on Saturday arvo, Jas's biggest jaunt to date. The road is tickety boo with the proviso that the farmers are ploughing at the mo, a bit of mud here & there in the arable bits.

    Otherwise Gawjus!!!
    Manopausal.
